Rules:                Competition will be judged in accordance with USPC Eventing Rulebook 2008.
               USPC Horse Management Handbook and Rules for Competition 2007.
               Any updates or addendums must be included.
               Current Medical releases in armbands must be worn during entire duration of rally.
Closing Date:      All entries must be postmarked no later than Monday, July 28, 2008. Entries postmarked after that date are not guaranteed a position in the Rally. Incomplete and late entries beyond that date will not be guaranteed a spot in the Rally.
     Changes after closing date: $10 per rider.

Stabling:     Stabling is available on-site if anyone is looking for stalls for the rally, 4 stalls available, as well as, one large paddock with a run in shed and one large paddock with no shed, please contact Tami at 585-314-8114.

Stalls-$30, bedding included
Shed $20/horse, 8x16 shed 1 acre grassy paddock
Paddock $15/horse, 50"x150" grassy
 Awards          Ribbons will be awarded for the top six teams.  Each participant will receive a t-shirt.

Terrain:     Please be advised that the cross country course does have jumps in wooded areas. Competitors must be able to go up and down on a natural inclines. Jump heights for both stadium & cross country are set at the recommended heights in the standards for proficiency & the USPC eventing rulebook.

Dressage Tests:     D-2/D3: 2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test A    
               All Dressage tests for Eventing Rallies at the D level have a multiplying factor of 0.6.
                              All tests ridden in a small ring.

Grounds Open:     7:00 a.m. Rally start time 8:00am.
               All parents must leave HM area by no later than 8 a.m.! Please arrive early!  We are
On an extremely tight schedule & want to get the pony clubbers home as early as possible!

Teams:     Each Team must be made up of a minimum of 3 riders, one horse manager and one “C” advisor.  Each team must have a coach for x-country, warm-up & stadium warm-up. Partial entries will be put on a scramble team at discretion of organizers.

Food:     Concession stand is on property and will open at 8:00am.  Lunch is included for participants.  Water will be available to competitors in HM area.

Pets      NO DOGS ALLOWED! This means no leashed dogs, no dogs in arms, etc. Our property owners have several dogs of their own on the property and do not wish to create a disturbance among the horses with strange dogs being on the property.


Friends & Family      Please tell friends and family due to the natural terrain of the cross country course that the public will not be allowed to roam randomly through the woods or other places on the cross country course. We want to prevent any horses or riders from getting spooked and causing an accident. PLEASE NOTIFY ALL COMPETITORS & MAKE
     SURE THEIR FAMILIES ARE INFORMED. There will be designated areas where the public is allowed and clearly marked or guided to them.

     Please inform all friends and families to stay off private lawns and not to enter buildings or barns. If it doesn't look like it is part of the rally, STAY AWAY. Spectators and competitors are only allowed in designated parts of the rally.

Concessions     Concessions will be available starting at 8 a.m. Lunch is included for each participant, lunch tickets for competitor's will be in their rally packets.  

Directions:      From 390 :      Exit 390 at the Avon/Lima Exit.
               Head East on 5 & 20
     In Lima turn right and head south on 15A (Plank Road) go approximately 5 miles, turn left onto County Road 15/Richmond Mills Road.
               Go approximately 2 miles. Rally is on Right side. (south side of the road)
From NYS Thruway coming from Syracuse:
Head south on Route 332.  Approximately 5 miles, turn right at the light, County Road 41/Boughton Hill Rd, go approximately 4 miles to 4 way stop, turn left on Route 444, go approximately 5 miles, turn right on Route 5&20 to West Bloomfield, go approximately 7 miles, then turn left on County Road 37, Go approximately 5 miles and you'll come to a four way stop. Turn right onto County Road 15/Richmond Mills Road.
               Go approximately 1 mile. Rally is on left side. (south side of the road)
